What kind of information does WalletGear collect?
The information we directly collect from you including but not limited to your name, bill to and ship to address, email address, credit card information and phone number when you place an order, save your information with us through creating an account, participating in a contest, promotion or survey, signing up for an account, and email newsletter. We also maintain a record of your product interests and your purchases made on our Site. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers except the last four digits and type of card. Billing information is stored and secured through PayPal or PayPal by Braintree payment processing system. The information we collect indirectly are cookies that remember your passwords, user preferences, etc. and your IP address which helps with risk and fraud screening, authentication, to block certain potentially fraudulent transactions for a period of time. Your personal information is used to personalize your experience, improve the website to better serve you, provide customer service support, efficiently process your requests or transactions, tailor advertisements to you, elicit reviews of services or products, provide you offers, promotions and to follow up with you through correspondence (typically by email).

Order Information You Expressly Provide

How Do We Process Your Information?
We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the most competitive services. For example:
● Payment: Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information. PayPal and Braintree by PayPal
● Shipping: We integrate with a number of shipping companies to fulfill your orders that include but not limited to USPS.
Partnering with highly specialized external companies allows us to focus on what we do best: selling great products.
How to stop receiving email
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us through email, please let us know by sending us an email. Please also note that when you make a purchase, we will send you emails to confirm your order and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
Will holding personal data from us effect services?
Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. However, some services may require you to provide us with Personal Data. Data Retention
We only retain the Personal Data collected from users for as long as the user's account is active or otherwise for a limited period of time as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user's account.

Do Not Track Options
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
